Bon Appetit Catering Tasting – University of Redlands, Redlands, CA
University of Redlands very own Bon Appetit Catering held an elite tasting event at the Casa Loma Room on the beautiful campus. Brides, grooms, their families, and other Bon Appetit clients who have upcoming events at the University of Redlands sampled featured catering menu selections, champagne and wine. The food was scrumptious! Everything from a carving station, Tuscan risotto bar, beet and bleu cheese salad with dijon vinaigrette, scalloped sweet potatoes with gruyere cheese, eggplant crepes, designer cupcakes, and much more. Our mouths watered reading through the Bon Appetit Catering Menu. They offer a very large menu with lots of variety and unique combinations cooked to perfection. Bon Appetit 
Catering clients are in great hands with the Director of Catering, Jessica Arthur, who has a long history of experience in the event world. She’s a easy and a pleasure to work with.
SoCal ShutterBooth hosted our photo booth at the tasting event, treating guests to their turn with the photo booth fun! They enjoyed looking at our save the date magnets, ShutterBooth scrapbook guest books, table cards, and oodles of samples. DJ PJ 
Hyland set the tone with some tunes and Elaborate Floral Design provided florals for event. Bon Appetit has an extensive collection of linens on display and decorating the room in creamy oranges and pink. Chiavari chairs were provided by JZ’s Party Charm, who offers a laundry list of party rentals including candelabras, china, flatware, dance floors, canopies, heaters, and decorative props. Michelle Smith Photography, a preferred vendor of Bon Appetit Catering, was on hand to
