ShutterBooth to the Rescue!

Something to think about…what are you willing to sacrifice for your event – cost or quality and reliability?  As brides, grooms, family members of brides and grooms, event planners/coordinators, and the like, you owe it to yourself to research all of the different vendors that you wish to partner with for your celebration.  With that research MUST come questions…important questions to ask that will guarantee a successful, stress free event!  Questions regarding professionalism of employees, testimonials from past clients, length of time in the industry and event experience, quality and style of product and services, and most of all, BACK-UP PLANS! ShutterBooth is a photo booth company…period.  We are not an entertainment company, a DJ, or a photographer/videographer “adding on” a “photo booth” to your service to “win” your booking.  We are proud to have ONE primary focus, and we proudly stand behind our customer service, quality of pictures and booth structure, and the fact that we have multiple booths, back up equipment, and a nationwide ShutterBooth family that we can depend on, as well!  Here is a recent message from a client that we had the opportunity to help in a time of need (as we later found out, this company’s ONE booth broke)…ShutterBooth to the rescue! 

“Dear Nolan and Kim Gottschalk,
I want to take a moment to tell you what type of people you have representing Shutter Booth.  On July 2, 2010 I called Brandi in Pittsburgh and explained that I just received a letter from another photo booth company telling me that they would not be able to be at my son’s wedding on July 10th!  No explanation just a letter and my money back. 

Brandi did not have an opening, however, she would not let it go there.  She called every Shutter Booth in the area- gave me names of people in Pittsburgh to possibly try.  While she was trying ( please remember it was the 4th of July weekend), she kept calling me to check on my status to see if I found any one, until finally several hours in to the day on Friday she called with the Philadelphia office and Roxanne and Dave willing to come to Pittsburgh and do our wedding!  My question to you in the corporate office is who does that?  She could have said “we are booked” and hung up the phone.  That is what I had heard and did hear most of the day.  But she didn’t- she didn’t have any idea who I was, except that I was in a bind.  She needs to be commended for a job well done.

When Roxanne and Dave heard about what happen they could not have been more accommodating.  Emails and correspondence came quickly and everything went perfectly at the wedding.  All of this happened in a weeks time.  They too need to be commended for taking their “booth on the road”. 

You have wonderful people in your company.  Most times letters come from customers complaining.  I cannot say enough about these people.  They went above and beyond any thing that would have been expected of them.  No one would have known I called, I certainly did not expect the treatment they gave me.  I could go on and on, however, I am sure you get my point.  In my eyes they are the best and I am truly grateful for all their efforts.
