"Swoon-WorthyWe had the pleasure of meeting and working with Roxanne of Shutterbooth Philadelphia last September at the Morris House Hotel. Never heard of Shutterbooth? It’s only the greatest, most fun concept for reception entertainment and favors that we have seen in a long, long time. Essentially, Shutterbooth is a mobile photo-booth that prints out four pictures on a photo-strip, exactly like those that you’d get on the boardwalk or in an arcade. The photo-strips function as favors, so your guests will have a fun memory (or two … or more, as often happens as the night progresses) to take home with them vs. a tchotchke that will gather dust or get tossed as soon as they walk in their door.

""

We know there are other photobooth pros out there, but we can’t speak highly enough of Shutterbooth and in particular co-owner Roxanne. Roxanne arrived hours ahead of the start time for the wedding, and she meticulously and unobtrusively set up her booth and was graceful under pressure when she was asked to relocate to a different location at the venue. She was kind and thoroughly professional. And the photos that the Shutterbooth took are of superb quality. Shutterbooth will even create a custom label for the bottom of the photo-strips, containing information about the event such as the names of the bride & groom and wedding date. Roxanne made the guestbook for the bride at this wedding: she printed two photo-strips, gave one to the guests, pasted the other in the guestbook and asked the guests to sign the book next to their picture. Shutterbooth also provides an online gallery of all the photos taken that evening, so both you and your guests can check out the show. And the great part is Shutterbooth can be used for so many parties – weddings, mitzvahs, birthday parties, holiday parties, anniversary parties, showers, retreats … the list is endless.

So, if you’re in the market for a memorable and fun addition to your party, put Shutterbooth Philadelphia at the top of your list. Start thinking of your poses now, so that you don’t rely on everyone’s fallback of the Charlie’s Angels pose with finger-guns. But you know you’ll do it anyway.

See you swoon,
