For the third year in a row, we joined For Pete’s Sake on Saturday night for their Beach Ball Gala Fundraiser in the Crystal Tea Room downtown! The warm room with beach balls, umbrellas, chairs, and towels made us forget all about the cold and snow outside. For Pete’s Sake is a non-profit organization that raises money to send cancer patients and their families on all-expense paid vacations to give them a break from cancer.

Throughout the night, on the projection screen flashed touching stories of gratitude patients formerly benefited by For Pete’s Sake. We also were fortunate enough to hear a cancer survivor share his inspiring story of how the vacation For Pete’s Sake sent him on changed his perspective on his cancer and his life, and lifted his spirits to encourage him to renew his fight for his life.

We love having the privilege to be a part of events like this that are all about helping those in need. There was a silent auction, as well as a live one, full of generous gifts from some awesome donors. We had so much fun with all the big-hearted guests who came out to have a fun time and pledge their support to the organization!

Our favorite band Jellyroll was there as well, rocking out on the stage as usual, providing the perfect dancing music and party atmosphere. You can visit For Pete’s Sake’s website to learn more about their wonderful organization here and view the pictures from the ShutterBooth here!

For the third year in a row, we joined For Pete’s Sake on Saturday night for their Beach Ball Gala Fundraiser in the Crystal Tea Room downtown!
