Chris and Jon at the DIA!

Chris and Jon recently celebrated their marriage with friends and family at the Detroit Institute of Arts!  Allison and Bryan of VLD Events produced a spectacular evening, which included autumn colors (gold/orange/red) throughout the ballroom.  Sophisticated lighting from The Lighting Guy enhanced the theme and generated a warm ambiance.  Though they now live in the West Village of NYC, the couple met in Michigan in 2010 and return each Christmas to enjoy the holidays with family.  The couple encouraged guests to post pictures online with the #CPJPHITCHED hashtag and also offered a balsamic vinnaigrette from Italy to guests as a wedding favor. ShutterBooth’s Open air booth with gold sparkle backdrop added to the fun and also allowed guests to share their photos immediately to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, text and email.
