North American International Auto Show Charity Preview

It’s that time of year again. The North American International Auto Show is back! On Friday January 13th the Charity Preview for the NAIAS was held at Cobo Hall in downtown Detroit. Just like previous years the Charity Preview brings together Michiganders for a good cause, with all of the proceeds from the event going to surrounding children’s charities. The Charity Preview featured guests such as the CEO and President of Ford Motor Company Alan Mulally, the NAIAS Chairman Bill Perkins, Michigan Governor Rick Snyder, representatives form Chrysler and General Motors, along with many other distinguished guests. Since 1976 the Charity Preview has raised almost $85 million for the children’s charities with $33 million of that being raised in the last several years alone. The Charity Preview was a fun filled event with many of the attendees there to celebrate the growth and rebirth of the BIG 3.  Our photo booth was their to add extra excitement for the night. Our photo booth was a huge hit with the guests and we were very excited to be a part of such an amazing event. The North American International Auto Show opened to the public January 14th and runs through January 21st. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children (7-12 years old) and seniors (65 and older). Children under six are free. The NAIAS is such an amazing event and ShutterBooth looks forward to working with the NAIAS for future events!
