ShutterBooth says: Congratulations Adam Foote on your jersey retirement!

You now join the incredibly awesome ranks of Joe Sakic, Patrick Roy, Ray Borque and Peter Forsberg.

For those of you who don’t know hockey It’s A Pretty Big Deal!

“Adam won two Stanley Cups and one Olympic gold medal, but never played in an NHL All-Star Game. The son of a policeman from Whitby, Ontario, Foote was something of a protector to all things Avalanche in a 19-season NHL career that began in 1991 in Quebec and finished in 2011 in Denver.” -Denver Post

All we know is that he is a great hockey player and a great guy in general.

Adam and his wife generously supported the Food Bank of the Rockies with a silent auction bid that won them a well deserved ShutterBooth for Adam’s retirement party.

Hats off to you Mr Foote!
