NACE and "Pop Culture Cuisine"

The tangtinis flowed at the NACE Annual Fundraiser and Dinner on Tuesday, June 9th. The impressive event was held in the warehouse of Catering by Design, www.cateringbd.com. The transformation from warehouse to elegant venue was impressive. ShutterBooth was able to capture the bright colors of the tangtinis…literally ringed with tang, bringing everyone back to their youth. Catering by Design shared their “Pop Culture Cusines” featuring a modern twist on classics with an extraordinary presentation. The Pixie Stick Salad featured a trio of powdered vinaigrettes presented in pixie stick straws. The “Fish Sticks and Tater Tots” was a Peachwood Smoked Black Cod over Rosemary Gruyere Tater Tots. It was even better that it sounds! Mike Roman, Catersource Magazine, Conference and Tradeshow, was the keynote speaker and shared his philosophy of how to stay relevant in today’s market. The silent auction created a buzz and kept guests busy bidding on generous donations from NACE members.  An impressive evening of socializing, superb cuisine and ShutterBooth.
