What a great opportunity we had to do some networking with vendors in the Cleveland area last Thursday, however I will admit one of the best experiences of the night was hearing the story behind Sushi on the Roll. It was started in 2007 and really came from two guys who worked in corporate America wanting to have sushi for lunch! They started everything in a high profile area in the middle of a corporate parkway in Akron, Ohio and have now established themselves as a major sushi retailer, caterer and distributer! I was definitely impressed, not only with the Sushi, but with the story of Sushi on the Roll’s success. They will definitely be part of our holiday party menu!
