Using Google Docs to Help Plan Your Wedding

If you’ve ever planned a wedding, you know how crazy it can get. Organizing your guest lists, invitations, vendors, budgets, seating charts, etc. It can be tough to keep track of all of your planning, the paperwork, documents, etc..  Well, google has introduced some wedding planning templates that can help!

Not only am I one of the owning partners of ShutterBooth Chicago, but I am going through the wedding planning process as well, so it has been great to be in the “same shoes” as many of the brides & grooms who we are working with.

My fiance James and I have been using Google Docs to share a spreadsheet together online that we both can update as we get our guests’ information, maintain a budget, and keep notes about various vendors.  I guess we are not the only ones that have discovered the power of google for planning a wedding as they recently made a press release and announced some really great templates that can help plan your wedding.
