SXSW 2016 Green Screen Photo Booth
With all of the fun we’ve had capturing photos in the booths the last few years, we’re pretty confident we’ve mastered the art of the traditional strip. We even love the creativity that’s happening with custom backdrops, fun props and an edgier approach to layout and design.
So, where does that leave us for the next big thing? You may or may not have seen it in action yet, but our team here at ShutterBooth has a new forte – and it’s changing the way we see things… literally.
Mariana, one of our dream team hostesses is the pro on what we film gurus call, the green screen. Basically, this means your subjects shoot against a (seriously) green backdrop, letting us (the behind-the-scenes magic workers) incorporate something fun and different into the backdrop. Your guests (and you, probably) won’t know the possibilities until they get that finished product and see flames bursting to the sky behind them, an island oasis over their shoulder and more. …Way more.
