Back To School: DIY Survival Kit Essentials

Got to go back, back, back to school again! Summer is drawing to a close and school fast approaching. Looking for the tools to start this semester on the right foot? Albuquerque Shutterbooth has a list of some ‘must haves’ to make your transition back to school easy for students of various ages.

 For The Student

Going back to school for a number of students means the end of fun. No more camp outs, vacations, sleepovers, and days of fun spent in the sun. Smooth over the transition from home to the classroom with these necessary tools:

  • Stickers – This class will stick together
  • Pencils – You are sharp, you can do what you set your mind to
  • Star – Shine and always do your best
  • Band Aid – Heal hurt feelings
  • Eraser – We all make mistakes we can learn from
  • Crayons – Encourage creativity

For The Teacher

Teachers need a little  pick me up too. Here are some great survival tools to help teachers on some of their more trying days in teaching:

  • Wiggly Eye – Keep an eye on your students to discover how best to help them.
  • Battery – Keep going, and going….and going
  • Rubber Band- Be flexible
  • Crayons – Color Your Day
  • Smiley Face Stickers  Or Pins – Put on a happy face

A little note of encouragement too in either kit can be a real motivator for both student and educator alike!
