Don’t worry about needing to write out all those envelopes. A lot of people are using clear address and return labels with one of the more elegant fonts. However, don’t get too into your Edwardian Script, it may not be easily read by the USPS and they’ll appreciate the ability to be able to easily read the address. Beyond going to a professional hand-writer (yes, they’re still out there) to write your addresses, you could also ask one or several family friends to help you out.  Make it a party, just make sure to ask those who will most likely be getting an invitation, otherwise you’ll wind up in an awkward situation ; )
