ShutterBooth, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and Family House – what a great team!

ShutterBooth was soaking up the sun and enjoying the cool breeze at the Family House 27th Annual Polo Match! Thanks to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC for sponsoring ShutterBooth as part of this event!!!FamilyHouseBlog

In 1983, Family House opened its doors to patients and their families, providing them with comfortable, affordable surroundings while they underwent specialized hospital treatment at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), the Western Pennsylvania Hospital , and other hospitals in the Pittsburgh area.

Family House, a non-profit corporation operated by a voluntary board of directors, provides a special “home away from home” for patients and/or families who must travel to Pittsburgh for treatment of serious or life-threatening illnesses. Thanks to the generosity and support of the Pittsburgh community, Family House is able to provide a comfortable haven to help our guests through stressful times.

“ShutterBoothing” to Support the MDA

It was so wonderful to be back again at Heinz Field for this amazing event!  ShutterBooth was back at section 211-212 at the stadium’s East Club for the 6th Annual Pittsburgh Muscle Team event!  We saw so many great ‘Pittsburghers’ show their support and come together to raise money towards the fight against muscle-wasting diseases for MDA!  Guess who was back???  James Harrison, again!  He was there to support his little buddy, Kendle Haught.  Among the other Muscle Team members were Andy Russell, Julius Page, Sam Clancy, and many other fabulous donators!  And of course…Mr. Steely McBeam himself!

Thanks, again, to the MDA for inviting us back for this special event!
