Cupid’s Undie Run

Yep, you read that correctly. On Saturday, when the temperature in Detroit had a high of 35 degrees Fahrenheit, philanthropists gathered at Cheli’s Chili Bar downtown to enjoy libations, take some photos, and then run 1.5 miles in their underwear to benefit the Children’s Tumor Foundation.
Since the Cupid’s Undie Run aptly takes place right around Valentine’s Day around the country, most folks were dressed in red underthings and some runners got really creative with their minimal outfits! Channel 955 was hanging out at Cheli’s before the run and for the afterparty back at the same spot!
We are so glad Quicken Loans, who organized the Detroit event, asked us to join in this fun and meaningful charity!
