Katarina and Corbett recently said I Do and celebrated their nuptials with family and friends at Planterra! The evening was travel themed with globes, maps and post cards getting guests in the mood for an adventure. Colors of burgundy, white and gold help elevate the mood for adventure but added some elegance to the night. Guests enjoyed a fabulous meal provided by Forte Belanger. One aspect of the night that guests loved was a GoPro camera attached to a wooden flask at the bar to record everyone getting happy. Guests enjoyed the night out on the dance floor and everyone was moving to Uptown Funk by Mark Ronson featuring Bruno Mars. Katarina and Corbett used the hashtag #LoveIsBerrySweet so guests could join in the celebration. ShutterBooth was a huge hit among guests with an open booth featuring a gold sparkle backdrop which tied in perfectly to the couples colors and theme.
Laura and Kendon recently celebrated their marriage with friends and family at Detroit Historical Museum! Tables were covered with a classic white and the museum artifacts were the decorations. This created a unique feel for the celebration. Mike Staff Productions had people on the dance floor all night long, especially with Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline.” ShutterBooth‘s traditional booth provided the event a fun and interactive way for guests hang on to lasting memories.
GM recently celebrated the kick off for the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) at the Madison Theater Building! The event featured the theme of #discover your drive, as Small Plates catered to the car enthusiasts. The white high-top tables, blue and green lights, and an oxygen bar from OxyZen created a futuristic feel to the event. ShutterBooth added to the thrill with their Classic Open Air experience and ShutterShare.
Leanne and Matthew recently celebrated their marriage and New Years Eve with their family and friends at Colony Club! Pink sparkles covered the tables and the gold and pink lights created a cheerful atmosphere. The large peony centerpieces only added to the allure. Guested danced all night long with the help of Bee Entertainment but never so much as to Shut Up and Dance performed by Walk the Moon. ShutterBooth‘s custom New Years Eve props helped to ring in the New Year and new life with fun.

Erica and David recently celebrated their marriage and New Year’s Eve with family and friends at The Westin Book Cadillac Hotel! Black table clothes and gold linen chairs with the added accent of red, peach, and white roses as centerpieces created a classic and fun atmosphere. DJ Alex from Pro DJs kept the party dancing all night long while the happy couple rang in the new year and their new life with a balloon drop at midnight. Katrina and Sean recently celebrated their marriage with friends and family at Crystal Gardens! White chair covers and red linens, accented by superhero adornments, created a fun, playful atmosphere. Kids in attendance even received superhero coloring books as part of their place setting. Shi Lessner Photography documented the affair in an artful, unobtrusive manner, while guests danced all night long, never more so than with T-Pain’s “Cyclone.” ShutterBooth captured all of the superhero fun, incorporating its famous stick props to create a fun, memory-making experience.
Pratt and Miller Engineering recently celebrated the holidays with colleagues and families at the Suburban Collection Showplace! The game-themed event featured a wide variety of traditional Christmas decorations, including Christmas trees on the dance floor, lights and black chair covers and linens. Guests enjoyed GIANT versions of several classic games, such as Jenga, Scrabble, checkers and cornhole. DJ Danny D of Mike Staff Productions kept the party dancing all night long, never more so than with the “Cha Cha Slide.” ShutterBooth offered a fun, green screen experience, in which guests selected from one of six digital backgrounds, creating a unique memento to enjoy for many years.
Stefanie and Ben recently celebrated their marriage with friends and family at Meadow Brook Hall! The elegant fall-themed event included taupe/tan, copper and green throughout the room, including amber uplighting. High and low floral arrangements, provided by Classic Designs, decorated the table tops and included mini-pumpkins. The happy couple encouraged guests to tag photos with #StefTakeTheCase, a play on her new married name. DJ Ross from Musical Notation kept the party dancing all night long, while the Pastry Guru created a delicious and decadent dessert table. ShutterBooth created a red carpet experience for the event, including a custom backdrop and carpet and ropes to generate memories in a fun, yet tasteful manner.
