We are thrilled to announce the new web series “The Wedding Planners” which debuted this week on Wednesday 10/24/12. “The Wedding Planners” features our friends Anthony Navarro from Liven’ It Up Events, Desiree Dent from Dejanae Events, and Claudia Antony Zompa from As You Wish & The Bride Scoop!

Tuesday night the planners treated the Chicago wedding industry with a private premiere party at Loft on Lake. ShutterBooth Chicago was happy to provide the photobooth entertainment and enjoyed seeing some of our favorite planners (and stars of the show!) ham it up in the photo booth together!

Shutterbooth had a blast teaming up with Orbitz.com in Chicago to provide two photobooths for their holiday party again this year. Just like last year, the party was held at one of our favorite Chicago venues, Salvage One. Booths were set up on both the 1st and 2nd floors of the party so Orbitz employees had plenty of opportunities to snap some photos in the Shutterbooth. Salvage One was decked out in festive holiday decor and Beyond Events catering set up a lavish spread. We love the funky antique furnishings available for parties at Salvage One, as each event develops it’s own unique character. Thanks again to Orbitz.com for asking us to be part of their holiday celebration again this year!

Shutterbooth teamed up with Yelp and provided a photobooth for the launch of “Hot On Yelp”!

The launch party was held at one of our favorite Chicago venues, Loft on Lake. Debra and her team from Art of Imagination designed a sleek and fun space for the party with lighting and draping that really made the space pop! They always do an incredible job transforming any space. Yelp Elites were treated to martinis and cocktails served up by D’Absolute Catering and also got to enjoy Crispin Cider and wines from Naked Grape.

As always, Yelpers enjoyed mingling, enjoying a few drinks, and of course snappin’ photos in Shutterbooth’s photo booth! You can check out all the crazy photostrips taken online here at Shutteryou.com.

For some extra entertainment, Mario Ink was on hand with some of their body painted models, who also took the opportunity to ham it up in the Shutterbooth.

It’s official: Chicago Macy’s shoppers love snappin’ photobooth pictures in the Shutterbooth! We were delighted to bring back the branded Macy’s booth in October for a “Girls Night Out” of shopping at Macy’s on State Street! Shoppers were treated to photobooth pictures, entertainment, and treats and sweets while they shopped for fall fashions.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Shutterbooth was proud to partner with Bright Pink and provide a photobooth for their “Power of Pink” fundraiser at the Hard Rock Hotel last month. The event was a private cocktail reception and was hosted by some of Chicago’s boldest & brightest, including our friend Jessica Zweig from Cheeky and Kelli Zink from celebtv.com. Attendees enjoyed snapping photos in the photobooth throughout the event, while sipping on Grey Goose cocktails and Coors Light Beers.

While October was the height of wedding season and we were booked with weddings every weekend, we also were busy participating in numerous vendor, networking, and charity events last month as well.

We had the pleasure of working with some of our favorite local vendors on the “8 til 8″ event, organized by our friends at Carasco Photography & the Foodie Registry. The event was an open house for event planners and select vendors and gave us all a chance to mingle and network together. We brought our photobooth down to the Underground Nightclub in Chicago and everyone had a great time posing for photos throughout the night!
