Macy’s Kipling Color Jam on State Street

Last week ShutterBooth teamed up with Macy’s & Kipling handbags for several instore Chicago events to promote Kipling’s new spring/summer bags. Kipling’s new bags are colorful and fun, and to celebrate this they put together the Macy’s Kipling Color Jam!

The “theme” of the Color Jam was big bright colors. Everything from the candy, drinks, cookies, etc. matched the event theme perfectly. To integrate the ShutterBooth, we customized & branded the booth with “Shutterskinz” to include the event and company logos. We also provided custom photobooth props in matching bright colors. Macy’s handed out matching Kanye style “shutter shades”; shoppers loved posing in the photobooth with the shades and our feather boas.

In addition to the photobooth, shoppers were able to spin the Kipling wheel for fun prizes {including coin purses, keychains, and Macy’s giftcards} and were treated to a candy buffet.  At the State Street event Lou Loiben {owner of Personalities, Inc.} kept the event going with fun tunes and contests.
