This weekend is your last chance to get to the California Mid State Fair!

For those of you who are not familiar, the California Mid State Fair is Central California’s annual fair located in Paso Robles. It’s riddled with competitive exhibits, carnival rides, lots of animals, fried food, concerts and so much more!

This year head liner concerts included Alabama, Journey, Brad Paisley, Earth Wind and Fire…and the diverse list goes on and on!

On the evening Brad Paisley performed, ShutterBooth was at Jimmy’s Watering Hole supporting KJug’s 20th year of supporting the California Mid State Fair.

The Fair is open 12pm-12am so there is plenty of time this weekend to get out there and experience Central California’s annual entertainment event. Admission is very affordable and there are city to city shuttles that make it very easy to get to and from the fairgrounds.

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!

We hope everyone has a wonderful and safe day! We’re excited to celebrate this glorious day with some folks at Mitchell Park in San Luis Obispo and at the Monarch Club in Nipomo!

If your in the area join ShutterBooth, the City of San Luis Obispo Parks and Recreation Department and Rotary SLO Monday Club for an Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration at Mitchell Park in San Luis Obispo from 11am-3pm. There will be all sorts of fun festivities for the entire family  including free carnival games, sweet treats and a fundraiser BBQ in support of Rotary charities. There will also be a band playing music in the band stand throughout the day!

The Gardens at Peacock Farms is truly a magical venue. The property is shaded by large gorgeous walnut trees and has a beautiful fountain that gently cascades as you say your vows.  You and your guests will enjoy a private setting to celebrate your special day, full-service event coordination, custom floral design by Flowers to you by Jessica, and the romantic feel of a  garden wedding.

 You can choose between two beautiful sun-lit ceremony sites including a hand~laid brick patio or natural orchard clearing. You also have a choice of what kind of structure you would like to be married under: an iron Arch, pillars, or a gazebo. You hardly ever see options like that readily available at venues!

We had the pleasure of being a part of a gorgeous Wedding reception at Peacock Farms and it was such a joy to be in such a magical place, we can hardly call it work!

The historic Rancho Santa Margarita venue certainly is one of the most popular venues here on the Central Coast. With people coming from all over to have their weddings and events on the Central Coast, searching for the openly peaceful land that is prominent here, Rancho Santa Margarita has all of that and more!

“Today, the 13,900 acre ranch is owned by three local families. A major emphasis has been placed on stewardship of the ranch, both through the cattle and vineyard operations. It is also home to the Pacific Coast Railroad, a narrow gauge steam engine originally from Disneyland.”

We have had the pleasure of working with Rancho Santa Margarita on multiple occasions and it is always a pleasure to just be out on their beautiful piece of land!

The ShutterBooth fits perfectly and looks great inside the gorgeous barn against the inner stone walls.

The Central Coast Autism Spectrum hosted their 4th annual Walk for Autism and Awareness Fair this past Sunday!

The Walk filtered throughout the downtown area and ended at The Awareness Fair in the Mission Plaza, which  included children’s activities, food sales, music, and of course ShutterBooth!
