Yelp “Backstage Pass to EAV” Launch Party

Yelp -EAV Backstage PassWe had an amazing time participating in Yelp’s launch party to “Backstage Pass To EAV Week“. The launch party was held at The Graveyard Tavern in heart of the East Atlanta Village (EAV). Philip and his crew made sure that food and spirits were in heavy abundance, and that the music moved the crowed.

The event attracted over 150 yelpers excited to take advantage of the various specials being offered by the surrounding East Atlanta Village businesses.  2010.10.17.19.48.28.2The yelpers packed the ShutterBooth throughout the evening — and many fun moments were surely captured.

A big ShutterBooth thanks goes out to Kathleen, Peter and Michelle for coordinating and planning such a great event. We’d also like to thank the folks at The Graveyard Tavern for their hospitality.

Looking to Save Money? Consider a Non-Saturday Wedding

Angel Bartlett _Final LogoWe’ve noticed that more and more couples are opting to tie the knot on a Sunday or Friday. Quite honestly, we can’t blame them. With all the costs associated with weddings today, you have to be price-conscious. A Friday or Sunday wedding is something you may wish to consider especially if you are planning a wedding on a budget. This allows you to save money without sacrificing or compromising having your dream wedding.

Having a wedding on a Sunday through Friday allows you greater choices on where to have your event in addition, many vendors may lower their prices for you or offer discounts. This also allows you to squeeze some “want-to-haves” on your special day…like ShutterBooth.

Friday weddings can be very interesting. It’s the end of the work week for most of your guests and they are ready to unwind. As you can imagine, the photos in the booth are quite memorable.
