ShutterBooth’s Monthly Host Boast about Brittany

Some of our hosts have been here for the long haul, and we love them for it. So do our brides, our grooms, our corporate clients and the rest of the ShutterBooth family! Brittany is one of those fun gals we’re so proud to have on our team. And for that reason, we want to formally show her off…

So, Brittany, how long have you been hosting with us?
About 6 months. But, it feels longer … in a good way.

Why did you want to join our team? And why are you still doing it?
I saw my first ShutterBooth at the birthday party of another host, and thought it was so cool and interactive! She referred me, and it’s been super fun ever since! I love getting to know the individual people at the events I host. You can get a general feel for the crowd of people using the Shutterbooth, but there’s always pleasant surprises!

What’s your favorite personal memory from inside a photo booth?
I really try to be personable with the guests, because it makes my day more enjoyable and the guests always enjoy the added personal touch. Every once in a while, guests just *have* to have me take a picture with them! At one event, the guests insisted I join them, and pulled me in with the group. We acted out silly scenes involving feather boas, a giant microphone with about 10 people.

Why do you think photo booths are a fun addition to an event?
Nobody can be sad or upset around a photo booth! There’s always the few who are hesitant at first, but then they see how much fun everybody else is having and join in. They get people to participate in the event – not just spectate.

What are you getting into when you’re not hosting?
When I’m not doing graphic design, I love exploring Atlanta, eating at new restaurants and going on hiking adventures with my boyfriend and my dogs! We also couch potato a lot and watch Netflix.

Absolute favorite thing to do in Atlanta?
Hike Sweetwater Creek State Park!
