 What Is Go Red For Women?

Did you know that Cardiovascular disease claims the lives of 500,000 American Women a year? The American Heart Association (AHA) has been actively moving since 2004 to change that through the establishment of Go Red For Women.

Go Red For Women is an initiative and mission created by the American Heart Association. Their mission is to promote awareness of Cardiovascular disease as well as strokes. The American Heart Association (AHA) also aims to  dismiss myths in regards of heart disease and strokes. Go Red For Women is truly a means in which to empower women to take charge of their heart health.
